We need Sponsors!

Putting on an event like Thrill the World Charlotte is a major undertaking. The entire staff that is working to put this event together is made up completely of volunteers -- enabling us to raise even more funds for our charities.

But we can't do it alone. In order to make this event a success, Making It A Better Place is reaching out to business owners and professionals within the community. Do you love the Thrill the World idea and want to see this event help local charities? Then we can use your help!

Even though Thrill the World is not until the end of October, we need to start raising funds now to secure the event locations, for marketing materials/promotional items and to purchase the commemorative t-shirts that will be given to dancers. Please consider becoming an event sponsor. It's a win-win situation.

For us - The more help we can get with event costs, the more we will be able to give back to charity!

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits!

If your business offers a product or service that will help us with either event, we will use the "customary value" of that service to determine sponsorship level. Check out the Volunteer Page to see what is needed.

Higher levels of sponsorship include all the benefits of the lower levels.

$100 Sponsorship Level – Your information will be listed on the Thrill the World Charlotte website sponsor page. We will include a link to your website and information about any special promotions you may wish to offer (if applicable).

	$250 Sponsorship Level – In addition to a listing on the TTW CLT website, you will be listed on the event programs. We will include any business promotional materials/samples that you supply in gift bags.
	$500 Sponsorship Level – Listing as a Premier Sponsor on TTW CLT website (expanded listing with picture/logo) and event promotional materials. Plus if we receive your donation by the print design deadline (call for details), you will be listed on the 2011 Thrill the World Charlotte commemorative t-shirt.
	$1000 Sponsorship Level – Your business (or name for individuals) will be featured on event banners and you will be recognized during event announcements.

Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunities

We are currently looking to partner with some businesses in industries that are directly related to our events. If you are in one of the categories listed below and make a gift of at least $1000, you will be listed as the exclusive sponsor in your industry category (see list).

In addition to all of the benefits listed above, Exclusive Sponsors will be listed on both the 2011 Sponsor page and the Event Information. Exclusive sponsors will also be listed on our newsletter.

Finally, Exclusive Sponsors will have the option to set up a table at our Fall Festival, "Arise." You will need to supply your own table and materials. This option applies to businesses that offer services and/or products that are appropriate for a family-friendly event

Exclusive Sponsorships are on a first come basis. Once we have an exclusive sponsor in each category, we will not take any more.

Children's Party & Event Services - for sponsorship of Festival. Vendor and Entertainer spots available too (information coming soon). For this category we will take into actual service offered and geographical location into consideration when determining exclusivity.

Children's Dance Instructor/Studio - Festival sponsorship. Must offer child focused classes. Fun, social & fitness approach a plus!

For this sponsorship position, we need someone who will actually help lead the dance activities at the family festival on October 29, 2011. This will give you an incredible opportunity to interact and have fun with potential clients first hand. At this time our location for the festival has not been determined but if you act now, we will work with you to find a location that will bring people from your target market. Since this is a KEY COMPONENT of the event, we will want to meet in-person and will need a firm commitment. Since you will be actively involved, a sponsor donation of only $500 is required to be considered exclusive.

Adult Dance Instructor/Studio - FILLED: shared between A & E Ballroom and Positively Ballroom.

Owners of these studios will be actively involved with the entire event process. When the event time comes closer, we will be holding our Thriller Dance classes at their studios. Ryan and Sebastian will also be providing part of the entertainment at the Festival!
